MONROE TOWNSHIP ZONING DEPARTMENT

Notice is herby given that the Monroe Township Zoning Board of Appeals will have a public hearing on May 13, 2026 @ 7pm in the township meeting room located at 43 S Union Street (Rear), Lucas, OH 44843. The purpose of this hearing is to review a variance at 4930 Lucas-Perrysville Road, Ohio 44864.

The variance is in regards to the homeowner requesting to build a new structure for his repair shop. All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.
